Utilizing a structured programming interface developed by Microsoft for Microsoft Dynamics RMS, we can provide custom programs that enhance the capabilities of RMS and give your management team the business tools they need to perform their day-to-day tasks effortlessly and effectively. By conforming to Microsoft’s application programming rules, we can minimize the impact that new releases of Microsoft Dynamics RMS will have on your custom programs. In most cases, little or no changes are required to our custom programs to maintain compliance with new versions of Microsoft Dynamics RMS.
As part of the development cycle, we will create a detailed program specification document, outlining the functionality required, the data tables and fields that will be added and even screen shots that will be included as part of the new User Interface. We won’t even start writing the program until your custom program specification is completed to your satisfaction. Nothing will be left to your imagination – so you will know exactly what to expect when your custom program is delivered.
Once the program is completed, we will put it through rigorous in-house testing before delivering it to you. In addition, if you do find any software issues or bugs after deployment of your custom program, we will fix them free of charge for the life of the application.
