TRS Technical Support Team
We are seeking individuals who possess proficient computer skills and excellent customer service skills. A background in Retail is preferred, but not required. Superior project management abilities and excellent communication skills are a must. The successful candidate(s) must have the ability to quickly learn and master new software packages and troubleshoot problems. Word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet, operating system (XP), and loading software and drivers experience a must. Any knowledge of SQL, XML, HTML, VB, Networking, O/S is definitely an asset.
TRS Sales Team
We are currently seeking individuals to support outgoing telesales efforts. Experience in outbound telesales/cold-calling is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate(s) must be comfortable on the phone and interacting with potential customers. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must as well as experience using word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications. There can be some flexibility in hours.
